Roti Prata, also known as Roti Cane or Roti Canai, it is an Indian-influenced flatbread dish often found in Singapore and Malaysia.

Roti Prata made in a way crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. It is made by frying stretched dough flavored with ghee (Indian clarified butter), it is usually served with chicken, fish or mutton curry.
